How long do I get the bins?
Every package includes a 7-day rental. Need a little more time? Additional weeks can be added based on availability.
Is delivery and pickup included?
Yes! Delivery and pickup are included for moves within our standard service area.
Where do you deliver?
We serve local moves throughout the greater Greenville area, including Greenville, Simpsonville, Five Forks, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Greer, and surrounding communities. Enter your addresses when reserving and we’ll confirm that your move is within our service area.
Can you deliver the bins to one address and pick them up from another?
Absolutely! If you’re moving locally, we can deliver the empty bins to your current home and pick them up from your new home. Just provide both addresses when making your reservation.
Can I get more than 60 bins?
Our reusable moving bins are 27 gallons and are designed to be sturdy, stackable, and easy to move.
What size are the bins?
Absolutely. If you have a larger move or think you'll need more than 60 bins, contact us and we'll help put together the right quantity for your move.
What happens if a bin is lost or damaged?
Customers are responsible for the bins while they're in their possession. Lost bins, lids, or bins damaged beyond normal wear may be subject to a replacement fee.
How far in advance should I reserve my bins?
We understand that moving plans can change. Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. If you're within 24 hours, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you reschedule.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for weekends and the end of the month. Reservations are subject to availability.
Do you provide labels for the bins?
Yes! Each rental includes labels so you can easily organize your bins by room or contents, making unpacking a little easier too.
